Hi, my name is Jen Patterson. I am a licensed massage therapist in KY (Lic #0045), a Kinesiotaping practicioner and a nationally certified therapist of massage and bodywork (NCTMB). I have a B.A. from the University of Kentucky in Kinesiology-Excercise Science. I played both basketball and volleyball in college and currently enjoy long distance cycling and triathlons. I have a background and work experience in both Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. I am an instructor at Spencerian College and teach in the medical massage therapy associate degree program. I helped start and am the Co-Chair for the AMTA-KY Sports Massage Team.

My passion in the field of massage therapy is to education about the many health benefits of massage. I view massage therapy as a vital part of an overall health and wellness plan. Best of all, I am the proud mom of two wonderful boys!
